We’re all victim to it…patiently waiting for him to text you after you meet, or after a date, or at the end of the day. Why do we always find ourselves waiting though? Why can’t he be the one waiting for the text?
I know I don’t want to text first because I don’t want to appear as the “desperate, psycho-clingy” girl, but who says a girl can’t be the one to initiate conversation? If a guy doesn’t text you back within the first week of your meet, date, etc, I say it’s time to find a new guy.
No guy should keep you waiting. There are plenty more fish in the sea…don’t lose hope.

“Growing up is never easy. You hold on to things that were. You wonder what’s to come. But that night, I think we knew it was time to let go of what had been, and look ahead to what would be. Other days. New days. Days to come. The thing is, we didn’t have to hate each other for getting older. We just had to forgive ourselves…for growing up.” - The Wonder Year
